Gregory M. Janks
was born in Detroit in
1951. He graduated high
school in 1969 from
Notre Dame. He received
his BA degree, with a
psychology major, from
Oakland University in
Rochester, MI in 1973.
Greg obtained his JD
from Detroit College of
Law in 1977 and has
practiced plaintiffs
personal injury law ever
since at Sachs Waldman,
Professional Corporation
until his retirement
from that firm on
December 31st, 2008. He
was a partner and
director at the firm.
Greg has now opened his
own firm, and is also "of
counsel" to the firms of
Potter, DeAgostino, O'Dea &
Patterson, and Sachs Waldman
(locations in Detroit & Pontiac).
Greg handles various types of
Michigan personal injury cases,
including legal malpractice,
motor vehicle crash cases,
premises liability, nursing home
liability, construction site
accidents, dramshop liability,
and various contract cases,
including those for no-fault,
disability and life benefits.
